4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from EFI Supply.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through Clover and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. EFI Supply does not store your full payment details.

6. Shipping
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details on shipping times, rates, and destinations. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Warranty
Products sold by EFI Supply may carry manufacturer warranties from MoTeC, Haltech, Link Engine Management, or other brands. Any such warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer and is subject to their terms and conditions. EFI Supply does not offer any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides.

Warranty claims must be directed to the relevant manufacturer. EFI Supply will assist where possible but is not liable for warranty outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EFI Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of data, or personal injury resulting from product use or misuse.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
