Shipping
Where We Ship
EFI Supply ships from Canada. At this time we ship within Canada and to the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of North America.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. All available shipping options and their estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Within Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. EFI Supply is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Customs & Import Duties (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all seals intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened, installed, or used
- Items that have been programmed, flashed, or otherwise configured
- Special order or custom-configured ECUs and components
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as EFI Supply is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
